I recently purchased a 2008 Mazda 3 Sport from Banks Mazda in Charing Cross Ontario.  I had heard from other people that the service is great, so I thought I would find out for myself. Prior to test-driving the vehicle I had emailed Vince Sacripanti for details of the vehicle and pricing; Vince was very prompt in his response and very helpful.  I did do some comparative pricing and was pleased when Vince was very open to the opportunity to bring me the best deal possible, and there were never any pressure sales pitches.Vince said,  “We will not disappoint you”, he was right. I was not disappointed at all.  I got a beautiful new car at a really good price.  The entire staff at Banks Mazda made my car buying experience an enjoyable one, it was definitely worth the drive.

At first I was skeptical. You promised that you only want the best for your clients and back every deal that you make. We live a long way from you but you delivered the truck to us at no extra charge.
When the truck arrived I found that it was everything you said it would be .We signed the papers with your driver and he left. The next day I found a small problem with drivers side door and when I called you about it , your answer was: get it repaired and have the mechanic call and you and you would pay the bill. You simply could have told me to get lost , that the deal was signed and fix it myself.

Dear Vince;
My husband and I were in need of a new car and had bad credit, I filled out the online application not thinking that we would be approved and Vine called me the next day and told me that he had a car for us and when did we want delivery.. Much to my amassment I told my husband and the car was delivered to our home within 3 days. ... the engine light had come on after the delivery and it was repaired by Vince without hesitation........this experience was so easy and stress free that my husband and I would not hesitate to use Banks mazda again or recomend to anyone Thanks to all the staff at Banks Mazda for all the awsome customer service and the car is a total dream to drive
